BELACARO s.e.n.c. (NEQ 3380260359, 379 rue de la Tourelle, Québec QC G1R 1C9, Canada) operates this website and sells its products through it. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Made to order

Every piece is made to order in Québec. Production takes 14 days from the confirmation of your order before your piece ships. This lead time reflects the nature of a made to order model rather than stock production, and allows each piece to be knitted specifically for you.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been processed. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Cancellation

Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled, as production begins immediately to meet the 14-day timeline.

Returns and exchanges

Standard pieces may be returned or exchanged. Pieces made with a unique color combination or custom fit adjustments are final sale. Full details are available in our return and refund policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Québec.
