Refund policy

We promote informed choices over impulse purchases. Each piece is handmade and made to order, and we put all our resources into making the best products and providing a stress-free experience.

Standard pieces

If you change your mind, you can return any standard piece within 14 days of your order's delivery date. Returned items must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition, with all tags attached. The cost of return shipping is deducted from the total refund. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Custom pieces

Pieces made with a unique color combination or specific fit adjustments are created specifically for you and are final sale. They are not eligible for return or exchange.
